Red Hills Pet Therapy Dog Workshop

We are looking for a few good dogs to assist in visiting local facilities and making a difference. Do you have a family pet that you would love to share as a Therapy Dog? We will hold a workshop on:

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21
10:00 a.m. –  11:30 a.m.
PATHWAYS Gymnasium – Corner of Pinetree Blvd and Clay St
(across from St. Augustine Catholic Church)
$20 per dog/handler

This workshop will prepare dogs and their owners for Therapy Dog International testing and certification. See tdi-dog.org for evaluation requirements that will be reviewed in the workshop.

** DOG CRITERIA:
– Must be at least 1 year of age to take the TDI Evaluation [Dogs under one are welcome to attend the workshop]
– Gets along well with people and other animals
– Can demonstrate the following commands: sit,stay,walk on leash, down & come
