Hosted by The Oak Foundation to benefit The Treehouse, Oakfest is a local music festival raising money to make a difference in the lives of children who are victims of abuse.
Taking place at the Ritz Amphitheater on Saturday, March 18, OakFest 2023 organizers are seeking volunteers!
Each volunteer will get free admission to the event and a free t-shirt! Various shifts are available for those 16+:
***This is not a HOTC sponsored project. We are solely acting as a referral service for our non-profits partners. COVID-19 information: Masks, gloves, and social distancing are highly encouraged. If you are immune-compromised and/or requested to self-quarantine, feeling unwell, have any symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please stay home and join us at a future opportunity. Please follow all current health guidelines by the CDC and local/state officials, and respect those of our non-profit partners and community agencies.
The Treehouse is a children’s advocacy center providing a safe, comfortable, child-friendly environment for children and their non-offending caregivers when allegations of abuse arise. The Center provides services and coordination necessary for families during child abuse investigations. Our staff provides forensic interviews, forensic medical exams, advocacy, counseling and other service referrals. Children’s Advocacy Centers keep children the top priority at all times.

– Check-In Table (apply wristbands, check VIP names, etc.; money handling experience preferred)
– VIP Services (bartending, serving food, checking wristbands; must be 18+)
– Merch Sales (help sell OakFest Merch! money handling experience preferred)
