The Friends of Lost Creek Forest are looking for volunteers to help with maintaining the Cherokee Lake Pollinator Garden on Monday evenings at 7:00pm and on Saturday mornings at 9:00am. You can learn about native plants and pollinators, and spend time with others in a great outdoor environment. Any age is welcome but HOTC does require any volunteers under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult. Bring loppers and work gloves if you have them. You are not required to stay the full length of time. Come when you can and stay for however long you would like.
If you are interested in volunteering at the garden please reach out to Beth Grant at (229) 227-9844 or Yvonne Stinson at (229) 977-2691.
Don’t forget to tell them HOTC sent you!
