The Friends of Lost Creek Forest are looking for volunteers to help with maintaining the Cherokee Lake Pollinator Garden. You can learn about native plants and pollinators, and spend time with others in a great outdoor environment. Any age is welcome but HOTC does require any volunteers under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult. Bring loppers if you have them. You are not required to stay the full length of time. Come when you can and stay for however long you would like.
If you are interested in volunteering at the garden please reach out to Yvonne Stinson at (229) 977-2691.
Don’t forget to tell them HOTC sent you!
