Help the Salvation Army “ring” in the season and collect funds during the iconic Red Kettle Campaign! All money raised in the kettles stays in the immediate community, helping provide services 365 days a year!

Volunteer to Ring in the Season! Either volunteer for kettle ringing shift or help host a Red Kettle at your organization, helping us to deliver funds to our programs serving those in need. Many families and volunteers look forward to this opportunity each year!

  • Requirements: Should be able to stand outside and keep the enthusiasm up!
  • Great for: Civic, church, school and corporate groups. Families and children are welcome! Musicians enjoys this the most!
  • Locations and times are available throughout the Thomasville area, in 4 or 8 hour shifts!

Volunteers are important! If we can’t place volunteers at the kettle sites, we go to paid ringers and if we have to do that, it cost us $70 for that kettle location… So we start out the day $70 down.

Scheduling is first come, first ring… We generally ask groups to ring from 10AM-6PM. Fill out the volunteer form online or call the Salvation Army at (229) 226-3772.
