Hands On Thomas County was founded in 2003 as a way to help service-oriented community members connect with local needs and get involved in community matters. HOTC is now in its second decade of service, connecting citizens as volunteers to non-profit and community agencies, needs and service opportunities in Thomas County. We do so through daily one-on-one and group volunteer placement, and annual volunteer programs and events such as Hands On Thomas County Day which is a wonderful example of how community volunteerism can make an immediate and lasting impact on a community and its citizens.
We also partner with the many local non-profits and community agencies to recruit volunteers to promote and fulfill their missions, and special projects.
We look forward to a future of successful community partnerships and involvement. Thanks for being a part of it!
